Warranty Information

All products from Smokesation carry a LIFETIME replacement warranty. Smokesation will replace any defective components free of charge, and defective component must be returned to Smokesation. Please contact custservice@smokesation.com to file for an RMA and a warranty replacement.

    Smokesation makes it easier to quit than ever before with this amazing kit. I love my e cigs, but I was forever getting frustrated when my battery ran out. With this V-GO 2 pack I never run out of battery, and it has made all of the difference in the world.

    I originally purchased the basic smokesation package and stopped smoking but found that I was using the battery up fairly quick. I was a heavy smoker. I purchased the V-GO 2 pack and love it. The battery stays charged longer, much longer and you get a stronger "hit" of the vapor. My husband was so impressed he now uses my extra battery and has quit smoking also. My daughter has been so impressed with my results using this product that she wants me to get a kit for her for her birthday. I am very satisfied with my Smokesation products and the customer service has been extraordinary!

    I have tried many, many ecig roducts over the last couple of years and was unsatisfied with all of them until I found Smokesation. They are the real deal. When I saw the V-Go I knew I had to try it and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!
    You have got to try this thing out. The manual button took all of 15 minutes to get used to but it lasts me 2 days between charges. WOW!!!
