Warranty Information

All products from Smokesation carry a LIFETIME replacement warranty. Smokesation will replace any defective components free of charge, and defective component must be returned to Smokesation. Please contact custservice@smokesation.com to file for an RMA and a warranty replacement.

    This is a GREAT product. I smoked nearly 2 packs a day for 30+ years, and I have now been quit for six months. Following a health scare in January, I had actually purchased another brand of ecig to help me kick the habit. But I was constantly fighting the urge to pick up a real cig. After purchasing this V-Go kit, I knew this was going to help me STAY quit. The Smokesation brand is the most like a real cigarette, it is more satisfying than the other products out there. I recommend this to every smoker I know. You should get one too, you won't be disappointed!!
